Safety, order and cleanliness rules at babycino BAR
The current set of rules is applied to every client who comes in at babycino BAR (on our terrace, downstairs and upstairs). By coming in the play areas, you accept all the clauses of these regulations. Please read and explain to your children as well. This step ensures that everyone enjoys their time at the babycino BAR and the play areas are kept clean and safe.
Children are the sole responsibility of their parents/caregiver, regardless of their age. Babycino BAR and its team do not hold any responsibility for any potential accident, allergies, medical situations, illnesses, damages that might occur while you are at babycino BAR or afterwards.
In the indoor play areas (on the parket, downstairs and upstairs), it is not allowed with outdoor shoes. Children must remove their shoes, adults can remove their shoes or use shoe covers provided at the entrance in every play area.
On the play terrace, shoes must be on at all times.
Please do not remove toys from one play area to another, from the terrace to the indoor areas and the other way around and do not leave with them.
Smoking and/or vaping are strictly forbidden indoors and on the play terrace (outdoor).
We cannot admit more than the maximum allowed number of children in the play areas. If the maximum number is reached, we will temporarily restrict access until spots become available.
We do not ensure childcare in any areas of the babycino BAR, indoor and outdoor.
Occurring damages will be charged to parents/ caregivers, who will have to cover the buying cost of the toys.
Babycino BAR will not assume any consequences resulted from not respecting the Safety and cleanliness rules, or occurred through third party interactions within the premises.
The babycino BAR team members generally supervise the play areas. They are not responsible for occurring fights, activities, hitting, accidents and relationships between children, regardless if they are occurring from not paying attention, psychiatric or developmental challenges or from caregivers not paying attention.
Babycino BAR owns small objects which can break/swallow/ inhale. We are not responsible for eventual accidents occurred by parents or caregivers not paying attention.
The premises is video surveilled.
We do not accept loud and/or physical fights, violence, obscene behavior, occurred between children and/or adults. In this situation, the persons will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Food, snacks, drinks, plates, glasses and/or cutlery are not permitted in the play areas.
Babycino BAR is not responsible for loss and/or theft of possessions left unattended on our premises.
It is forbidden for children to enter the play areas with mobile phones, gadgets, tablets, cables, needles, hard accessories, long chains as well as other objects which can become a danger for children.
It is strictly forbidden to run on the indoor/outdoor stairs, ramp and in the tables area.
The outdoor play terrace is dedicated to children over 2 years old.
After exceeding the first 2h of playing on the premises, an additional hour will be charged.
Children and adult customers are strictly forbidden from entering non-authorized areas. We do not assume responsibility for any accidents and/or injuries occurred from not respecting this.
We reserve the right to restrict access of any person who does not respect the Safety and Cleanliness Rules or who has a dangerous behavior towards other clients or towards the babycino BAR team.
If your little ones show any visible illness symptoms, please return as soon as they feel better as safety and health of our little customers is our top priority.
